Weddings are chaotic and tender and over before you realise. I photograph them the way I'd want mine photographed — close, quiet, without interrupting the moment to manufacture one.
After 8 years shooting weddings across Sydney, I still find the unscripted parts the most beautiful. The way someone laughs just before the vows. A grandmother's hand on yours. The relief on a face when the room finally sees you walk in.
I've shot weddings from Balmoral to Bondi, the Northern Beaches to the Blue Mountains, intimate backyards to grand ballrooms. Wherever yours is, I'll be there.
